If you have any trouble with registration or anything else in Top Dog, please email Sales@Apocgraphy.com with your User Id and password and we will straighten things out for you.

Registration

Your copy of Top Dog will automatically become registered as soon as we get confirmation of payment.
In the case of online credit card payment this should happen within one business day.
If you pay by cheque confirmation time is dependent on the speed of the mail and your bank.

User Id

In order for Top Dog to register you, you must supply your User Id number with your payment.
You can find your User Id and password on the Register Tab of Top Dog.
If Top Dog is currently running you can get your userid by clicking here.
Your User Id is also displayed in the title bar of Top Dog. (The blue bar at the very top of the window in Top Dog).
Also if you hover over the Top Dog logo at the top of Top Dog your User Id and password will appear in the hint window at the bottom of the screen.

Pricing

All licenses come with one year of access to full classification via the Apocgraphy database.
Each additional year of access is $10 USD.
Top Dog will continue to work and be effective after your database access has expired, you will simply not have the benefit of the special Top Dog features like enhanced hoax detection that require access to the database.
