These are the steps required to set up Outlook Express to send and receive messages through msn using Webmail Retriever for msn.

In summary you should set up an account as usual except that your server is "LocalHost" and you must ensure that the POP and SMTP ports match the Receiving and Sending ports in Webmail Retriever for msn.
