Help is available for each tab found in Spam Hound.

The Spam Hound program is laid out in a series of tabbed notebook pages.
Each page contains a collection of controls which govern Spam Hound's behavior and indicate what Spam Hound is currently doing.

Help is available within Top Dog by placing your mouse over the control in question.
Help messages for that control will appear in the help panel at the bottom of the screen.
