Apocgraphy takes privacy
very seriously.
Not only will
Apocgraphy not share your personal information with anyone,
Apocgraphy will not collect any personal information on it's users.
There are no hidden clauses or opt-out lists. The goal of Apocgraphy is
to help you control your information, we have no interest in collecting
it.
Unlike many companies, we do not need to know your favorite soft drink
to server you better.
Registering Apocgraphy.
When you register an Apocgraphy
product, depending on your method of payment, it may be unavoidable that
you must give some personal information.
This information is collected by the payment agency for the purposes of
processing the payment.
Apocgraphy staff may contact you after registering if there is any problem
with payment (e.g. You neglected to fill in your User Id number) or a
brief message to confirm receipt of payment along with your key code.
Apocgraphy's Top
Dog and Spam Hound check the contents
of your email against a database to determine if the email is a known
hoax, spam, etc.
The contents of your email message are never revealed to, or stored in
the Apocgraphy database.
What the Apocgraphy database
stores are signatures of messages along with information on those messages.
Signatures are just a series of numbers that act as sort of a digital
fingerprint of the message. There is no way to extract the contents of
the message from the signature, just as there is no way to extract a person
from their fingerprint.
The signature is a series of
checksums. Checksums are a way of uniquely identifying large amounts
of data.
For example: If you wanted to create a checksum for a piece of text you
could assign a number to each letter in the alphabet ( A=1 B=2 etc...).
Then you could add all these numbers together to get a single number.
This number would uniquely identify the text since the chances of two
pieces of text adding up to the same number is extremely small. However,
if you later received the same piece of text it would add up to the same
number and you would know you had the same text as before. It would not
be possible though, to reconstruct the text if all you had was the sum
of the letters. These sums are the only thing that the Apocgraphy database
ever sees.

As stated earlier, we at Apocgraphy take privacy very seriously, and the only message you will probably ever get from us is a confirmation when you register one or more of our products.
Note: Although to date we have not found it necessary, we reserve the right to send you reminder messages to register if you have used our software for an extended period of time without registering.
